SISTEMA DI MISURAZIONE ELETTRONICO DEL LATTE RESAMILK

Il sistema di mungitura RESAMILK è particolarmente utile dove il mungitore gestisce un grande numero di gruppi contemporaneamente. Il RESAMILK è stato creato per un utilizzo molto semplice e può essere installato sia in sale nuove che già esistenti. Il sistema permette di controllare la produzione di latte per ogni vacca e ha una opzione di stimolazione pre-mungitura. L'unità è inoltre dotata della funzione di mantenimento del vuoto nel gruppo di mungitura per impedire la sua caduta prima che la mungitura sia completata.

CARATTERISTICHE DEL SISTEMA

• pulsazione separata su ogni gruppo di mungitura,
• stimolazione iniziata dal mungitore dopo aver premuto
il pulsante,
• display che indica la produzione di latte e la sua
temperatura,
• misuratore GM200 basato sulla tecnologia a
conducibilità, che consente di monitorare la produzione
di latte,
• allarme basso flusso,
• conclusione automatica della mungitura - quando
il flusso minimo del latte (circa 100 ml - fissato
dall’installatore) non viene raggiunto entro 40 s (fissato
dall’installatore),
• indicatori LED per la mungitura e lo stato di allarme
• pannello di controllo leggibile e facile da usare

DATI TECNICI

Il AM - 200 viene fornito a 24 V DC. Il consumo massimo
è di 24 W per unità. Per l'alimentazione delle unità di
mungitura si applica un alimentatore, fornito in base al
numero di unità di mungitura.
Alimentazione: numero di unità di mungitura * 24 W +
10%.

The milking controller AM - 200 applied in the milking unit is designed for milking parlours. The appliance is particularly helpful at the plants, where the milker handles greater number of units simultaneously. The milking unit AM - 200 has been created the way, so the handling would be as easy as it possible. The controller design allows to apply it at both the new milking parlours and already existing. The controller allows to check the milk yield for each cow and it has an option of pre-milking stimulation. The unit is also equipped with function of sustaining the vacuum in milking cluster to prevent its drop after the milking is completed.
